How long do engagements take?
The Business Pulse Check is a half-day session. The Innovation Pipeline Design runs over four weeks. The Regional Expansion Masterplan is a fourteen-week comprehensive advisory. We're clear about scope before you commit — and we don't extend engagements unnecessarily.
Do you only work with clients in Kota Kinabalu?
Our office is based in Kota Kinabalu, but we work with clients across Malaysia and have supported companies in their ASEAN expansion activities. For longer engagements, a combination of on-site visits and remote advisory sessions is typically the most practical approach.
What happens after a Business Pulse Check?
You receive a visual diagnostic dashboard with commentary on each of the five areas reviewed. The session ends with a prioritisation discussion — identifying which areas deserve your attention first. There's no obligation to engage further, though many clients do choose to proceed with a deeper advisory engagement based on what the check surfaces.
How is the confidentiality of our business information handled?
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is standard practice before any substantive work begins. We treat client information with discretion and do not share details of one engagement with any other client or third party. Confidentiality is fundamental to the advisory relationship.
Are your fees fixed or can they be discussed?
The prices shown represent our standard fees for each defined scope. If your situation involves a different scope — for example, a larger organisation or multiple locations — we're happy to discuss a fee structure that reflects the actual work involved. We'd rather have a transparent conversation than have pricing be an obstacle to a productive engagement.
